1. This "PonLoverUser Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service Agreement") is an agreement between you and PonLover APP on the use of PonLover's services and other related matters.

2. In order to use PonLover's products and services, you should carefully read and abide by all the contents of this Service Agreement, especially the terms involving exemption or limitation of liability, which may be bold or underlined to remind you to pay attention. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Service Agreement, you will not be able to register a PonLoveraccount or use PonLover's products and services. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Service Agreement, please do not register or use PonLover's products and services, and stop the registration process immediately.

3. If you have any questions about the content of this Service Agreement (especially the terms involving exemption or limitation of liability), you can contact us at any time according to the contact information listed in this Service Agreement, and we will further explain and explain the relevant content to you according to your requirements.

4. If you check "I agree to the PonLoverUser Agreement" and use or accept any service of PonLover through the registration process or any other means, it will be deemed that you have read and agreed to this service agreement and voluntarily accept the constraints of all contents of this service agreement. Please confirm again that you are aware of and fully understand all contents of this service agreement before deciding to register or use the service.

5. If this agreement is subsequently changed, we will notify you of the updated user agreement. If you have any questions about the updated user agreement, you can feedback to usthrough e-mail [ponloverservice@gmail.com], and we will answer you in time.

6. During your use of PonLoverproducts and services, we will collect and use your personal information based on the services you need, and the relevant functions will collect your device information, transaction information (if any), etc. The "PonLoverPrivacy Policy" describes how we will handle your personal information and data when you use our services. Please be sure to read the "PonLover Privacy Policy" carefully and use PonLover related products or services after confirming that you fully understand and agree.

7. PonLover attaches great importance to the safety of minors and personal information. You must reach 18 or more to register and use PonLover products and services.In addition, before registering and using PonLover product services, please confirm that you are a natural person, legal person or other organization with complete civil rights and complete civil behavior capabilities. If you do not have the aforementioned subject qualification, you need to agree to be registered as a PonLover user. Otherwise, you and your guardian should bear all the consequences caused by it, and the PonLover platform has the right to cancel (permanent frozen) your PonLover account. And claim or recover from you and your guardian. Because the PonLover platform cannot be substantially reviewed on your actual age, civil rights capabilities and civil behavior capabilities, once you register, PonLover can be regarded as you reach 18 or more and you have complete civil rights capabilities and complete civil behavior capabilities.

1 Services Content

Unless otherwise agreed between the user and the PonLover product, the following terms in this agreement, supplementary agreement and privacy policy shall be interpreted as follows:

1. This platform or PonLoverplatform: refers to the PonLover website and APP client that PonLover owns all copyrights and provides to you and other users for login and use.

2. PonLoverplatform rules: various rules and regulations, implementation details, interpretations, product/service descriptions, announcements, etc. that have been published and subsequently published on the website and APP client of this platform.

3. User account: refers to the account that you can use to log in to this platform by logging in to this platform or other user account login channels provided by the PonLoverplatform, obtaining your relevant device information, etc. and logging in to this platform.

4. PonLover: PonLoverproduct is a client software developed by Blue Aurora Technology Limited, which refers to PonLover using artificial intelligence function technology to provide you (user) with personalized creation of virtual characters and conversation and chat services. When you use the above functions, you should be aware of the following precautions:

• The above-mentioned functional services and tools may differ depending on the version of PonLover you use. For specific tool types, usage methods and instructions, please refer to the detailed descriptions on the relevant function and tool pages of each version of PonLover.
• In order to provide you with effective services, this software will use the processor and bandwidth and other resources of your device terminal. Data traffic fees may be incurred during the use of this software. Users need to obtain relevant tariff information from the operator and bear the relevant fees.
• Value-added services: Blue Aurora Technology Limited and its affiliates may provide some services, functions and tools in a paid manner. If you use paid services, please carefully read the relevant value-added service agreements and choose whether to accept the agreement. If you choose to accept, you should abide by the relevant agreements. Once you start using the above services, it is deemed that you understand and accept the constraints of the relevant agreements and rules for the individual services. If the use period is not indicated, or the use period is not indicated as "permanent", "indefinite" or "unlimited", the use period of these services is from the date you start using the service to the date when the service is no longer provided in the PonLover If you have any questions about the relevant agreements and their modifications and changes, please suspend the use of the relevant value-added services and contact Blue Aurora Technology Limited. When you use software and related services provided by third parties in PonLover, in addition to complying with this agreement and other relevant rules in PonLover, you may also need to agree to and comply with the third party's agreements and relevant rules. Any disputes, losses or damages arising from third-party software and related services shall be resolved by you and the third party, and the company shall not bear any responsibility to you or any third party in this regard. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please read the relevant agreements for value-added services carefully and choose whether to accept the agreement and its services in the company of your legal guardian.
• You understand and agree that PonLoverwill make its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in this software, but PonLover cannot provide complete guarantees in this regard, including but not limited to the following situations:

①PonLover is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your relevant data in this software;

②PonLover has the right to determine the maximum storage period of a single user's data in this software according to actual conditions, and allocate the maximum data storage space for it on the server;

③If you stop using this software or the service is terminated or cancelled, PonLover can permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is stopped, terminated or cancelled, PonLover has no obligation to return any data to you.

④The content posted by users or your software usage information (including but not limited to your bookshelf, the books you are reading, the books you recommend and your reading ideas generated by the use of this service) is forwarded and shared by others, and the risks and responsibilities that may be brought about by such dissemination;

• When you use the function of creating virtual people in this software, you can set the personality of the virtual people you create. If you use the customization function in this software to create virtual people, you should abide by the customization rules in this software. If the virtual people you create infringe the legal rights and interests of any third party, you shall bear the resulting liability, and PonLovershall not bear any responsibility for this. If you cause losses to PonLover, you shall also compensate PonLover for all losses.
• PonLoverhas the right to suspend, interrupt or terminate the provision of all or part of the user services under this Agreement to you without notice based on unilateral independent judgment, and remove or delete the registration information when it believes that there may be a situation that endangers the security of the service, and does not need to bear any responsibility to you or any third party. The aforementioned situations include but are not limited to:

①PonLover believes that the personal information provided to you is not authentic, valid or complete (if necessary);

②PonLover finds doubts or suspected illegality;

③PonLover believes that the user account is suspected of illegality, crime, fraudulent use or other situations that PonLover believes are risky;

④PonLover believes that the user has violated the various rules and spirits stipulated in this agreement;

⑤PonLover, based on service security and other reasons, needs to suspend, interrupt or terminate the provision of all or part of the user services under this agreement to the user according to its sole judgment, and remove or delete the registration information in other situations.

⑥PonLover reserves the right to delete all kinds of information content in this software that does not comply with legal policies or is untrue or inappropriate without notifying you according to its sole judgment, and does not need to bear any responsibility.

If you fail to comply with the above provisions, PonLover has the right to make an independent judgment and take measures such as suspending or closing your account without assuming any responsibility.

• PonLovermay be revised or iterated in the future. This clause does not mean that Blue Aurora Technology Limited must provide relevant functions or services, nor does it change your ownership of user content and its intellectual property rights, nor does it affect any legal use of your user content.
• As an artificial intelligence product, the interactive content of this software is based on search engines and big data accumulation, all from public Internet web page information, and has been continuously filtered by automatic and manual sensitive data, but it is still possible that some of the information is flawed, unreasonable or causes unpleasantness. In addition, users may conduct exclusive one-on-one training for some artificial intelligence virtual people during use, so this information may also come from the results of users' own training. PonLoveris not responsible for any risks and losses caused by this.

2 Accounts about【Registration, use, and cancellation】

1. When using PonLoverproducts and services, you must ensure that you are over 18 years old and have full civil capacity. Natural persons who do not have full civil capacity should register and use PonLoverproducts and services under the agency or permission of their legal guardians. If you do not have the civil capacity corresponding to the above-mentioned behavior, your guardian shall bear all the consequences caused by it in accordance with the law. In addition, you must also ensure that you are not subject to trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws and regulations imposed by any country, international organization or region, otherwise you may not be able to register and use the services of this platform normally.

2.The PonLover product service account is for your own use only and shall not be lent, rented or transferred in other forms. You shall be responsible for all consequences of all actions under your account (including but not limited to signing any agreement online, browsing, uploading, publishing, entering any content, after-sales processing decisions, etc.), and the above actions occurring through your account will be deemed as your true intention. You must keep your account, login password, payment password (if any) and all personal information you fill in properly. This platform is not responsible for the losses and consequences caused by your active disclosure of your account or by attacks, frauds, etc. by others. You should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels.

3. PonLoverproduct services remind you that any content uploaded and sent by you through your own account in the various services of PonLovershould have a legal source. If the relevant content involves the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you should obtain the corresponding permission in advance. If PonLover receives relevant reports or complaints involving you, PonLover may provide the relevant parties and departments with necessary information including the account in the manner required or permitted by relevant laws and regulations to resolve disputes and protect the legitimate rights and interests of legitimate rights holders.

4. If you find that there are security issues with your account, please contact PonLoveronline customer service immediately or investigate and handle it through the email [ponloverservice@gmail.com]. Otherwise, PonLoverwill not bear any responsibility for the generation or expansion of potential losses.

5. You acknowledge and promise that in the process of using the services provided by the PonLoverplatform, you shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the relevant rules published by the PonLover platform, and shall not implement or assist or instigate others to implement acts that violate the provisions of laws and regulations, affect the normal provision of PonLover services, or may damage the legitimate rights and interests of others. If your account is restricted or cancelled due to your violation of laws, regulations, policies, or relevant specifications or rules of PonLover products and services, you shall bear the adverse consequences. If the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties are infringed or affected, you shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

3.Intellectual property rights&Improper technical behavior

1. PonLoverowns all intellectual property rights to the content of the platform, including but not limited to: codes, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, artwork, photos, portraits, text content, audio clips, button icons, and computer software, logos, digital downloads, data compilations, and comments are the property of this platform or its content providers, and are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other property rights laws.

2. You are only allowed to browse and use PonLoveron the premise of complying with the purpose of use of PonLover, that is, browsing information in your personal name and purchasing goods for personal use. Other forms of use are prohibited, including but not limited to the following: copying, modifying, selling, transmitting, reprinting, deleting, adding, exhibiting, recording or demonstrating PonLover's content or illegally using PonLover's content in part or in whole in other ways, except for the purpose of promoting and sharing this platform and products, and forwarding the information on this platform to third-party media such as WeChat Moments with the permission of this platform.
3. You shall not conduct any acts that infringe the legitimate rights and interests of this platform or other users, and this platform reserves the right to pursue your legal liability. These acts that will be held legally liable include but are not limited to:

• Modify, copy and/or distribute this platform;
• Compile, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise crack this platform;
• Use plug-ins of this platform and/or exploit bugs in this platform to obtain improper benefits;
• Use technologies such as hijacking domain name servers to illegally invade and destroy the server software system of this platform, illegally occupy the server space of this platform, or implement other behaviors that cause it to overload;
• Modify, add, delete, steal, intercept, or replace data in the client and/or server software system of this platform;
• Impersonate this platform or a contracted merchant to publish any fraudulent or false information on this platform;
• Incorporate plug-ins or other third-party programs into this platform;
• Use this platform to deliberately spread malicious programs or computer viruses;
• Use crawlers or other similar technologies to crawl and reference data, information, and user information on this platform.

4. Any materials and other information content that you download and use through PonLover, unless otherwise agreed between you and Blue Aurora Technology Limited, are limited to your personal entertainment, learning, research or appreciation and may not be used for any commercial purpose without the written consent of Blue Aurora Technology Limited.

4 User usage regulations

1. You must bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the login information in the services we provide. You may not impersonate others; you may not publish any information in the name of others; you may not maliciously use the account to misidentify other users.

2. You promise not to use the services we provide in any way to directly or indirectly in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy.. The services we provide have the right to delete content that violates the above commitments.

3. You may not use the services we provide to produce, upload, copy, publish, disseminate or reprint the following content:

• Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
• Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting the state power, and undermining national unity;
• Damaging national honor and interests;
• Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermining national unity;
• Insulting and abusing the image of heroes and martyrs, denying the deeds of heroes and martyrs, and glorifying and whitewashing acts of aggression;
• Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
• Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
• Spreading obscene and pornographic materials , gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or incitement to commit crimes;
• insulting or slandering others, infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests;
• containing false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, infringing on others' privacy, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or other morally objectionable content;
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or any other content that is restricted or prohibited by any local, state, national or international law or regulation or any regulations with legal force.;
• containing content that we deem inappropriate for display in the services we provide.

4. You may not engage in the following behaviors when using this service:

• Submit or publish false information, or impersonate or use the name of others;
• Induce other users to click on the link page or share information;
• Fabricate facts, conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others;
• Infringe on the legal rights of others such as reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;
• Use WeChat account and any service, as well as third-party operation platform for promotion or mutual promotion without the written permission of PonLover;
• Use this software and service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
• Create, publish methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
• Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legal rights of other users, interfere with the normal operation of products, or are not expressly authorized by everyone.

5. 5. You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all behaviors under your registered account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content in this service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risks arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness or practicality of the content; at the same time, you should use this service within the scope of this agreement, and you shall bear the risks arising from your use of this service to violate laws and regulations, this agreement, and special rules. Every otherplatform can and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.

5 Handling of violating users

1. If the PonLoverplatform finds that you have violated laws, regulations, policies, and the terms of this agreement, or are complained by other users for violating laws, regulations, policies, and the terms of this agreement, and the PonLover platform initially verifies that it is true, PonLover has the right to deal with your illegal and erroneous behavior or content in accordance with laws, regulations, policies, and the terms of this agreement, and impose penalties on users who violate the law, including but not limited to warnings, account bans, and function bans, depending on the severity of the circumstances, and publicize the penalty decision in accordance with legal provisions.

2. The PonLoverplatform has the right to take appropriate legal actions against users who violate laws and regulations in accordance with laws, regulations, policies, and the terms of this agreement, and report relevant illegal information to relevant departments, and you shall bear all legal consequences arising therefrom.

3. If any third party claims any claim or request against PonLoveror its partners or affiliates due to your violation of laws, regulations, policies, and the terms of this agreement or other faults, the PonLoverplatform has the right to require the user to bear the relevant responsibilities. If this causes the PonLover platform or its partners or affiliates to bear relevant responsibilities or incur any other losses, including attorney fees, investigation and evidence collection fees, travel expenses, etc., the PonLover platform or its partners or affiliates have the right to require the user to bear compensation liability or seek reimbursement from the user.

6 Termination of this agreement

1. This Agreement shall be terminated between the user and the PonLoverplatform if any of the following circumstances occur. If the termination of this Agreement causes losses to the legitimate rights and interests of the other party or other third parties, the user shall have the right to demand legal liability for the losses caused:

• The termination of this Agreement is caused by violation of laws, regulations, policies or the provisions of this Agreement;
• Other circumstances leading to the termination of this Agreement occur.

2. The termination of this Agreement between the PonLoverplatform and a certain user or some users shall not affect the legal effect of this Agreement between PonLoverand other users.

3. You agree that PonLoverhas the right to officially terminate the provision of various functional business services and related technical support of the platform to you after publicly notifying the termination of the platform service one month in advance. However, from the time when the PonLoverplatform issues the termination notice to the official cessation of service, your business service and function processing requirements may be subject to the specific content of the public notice. If you still have questions after the service termination notice is issued and during the demand processing process, you can directly consult the online customer service of the PonLover platform.

4. [Handling after termination of the agreement] If the PonLoverplatform terminates your service in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, it may immediately invalidate your account, cancel your account and all related information and files in your account, and/or prohibit you from further accessing such files or "services". After the account is terminated, the PonLoverplatform has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for you, or forward any information that has not been read or sent to you or a third party.

5. You have the right to request the PonLoverplatform to cancel your account. If the PonLoverplatform approves it, the PonLover platform will cancel your account. At that time, the contractual relationship between you and PonLover based on this agreement will be terminated. After your account is cancelled, PonLover has no obligation to retain or disclose any information in your account to you, nor is it obliged to forward any information that you have not read or sent to you or a third party.

7 Privacy

Your privacy is important to PonLover. Please see our Privacy Policy for information relating to how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, and how you can manage your online privacy when you use the Services.

8 Legal Jurisdiction and Disputes Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and China, without regard to choice of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Hong Kong Court of Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the Court of Arbitration, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated herein by reference. The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The language of arbitration shall be Chinese.

9 Force majeure term

1. "Force majeure" refers to an event that cannot be reasonably controlled, foreseeable, or unavoidable even if foreseeable by the parties to this Agreement, which prevents, affects or delays any party from performing all or part of its obligations under this Agreement. Such events include but are not limited to government actions, natural disasters, wars or any other similar events.

2. The party suffering from force majeure may temporarily suspend the performance of its obligations under this contract until the impact of the force majeure event is eliminated and does not need to bear liability for breach of contract; however, it shall make every effort to overcome the event and mitigate the negative impact.

10 Disclaimer

1. PonLover, like other online Internet websites/clients, will also be troubled by various bad information, network security and network failure problems, including but not limited to:

• Other users may publish fraudulent or false information, or publish abusive, cursing, slanderous, attacking content, or illegal speech containing obscene, pornographic, vulgar, reactionary, inciting national hatred and other offensive and disgusting content;
• Other users may publish some pictures, photos, texts and other materials that infringe on your or other third parties’ intellectual property rights, portrait rights, name rights, reputation rights, privacy rights and/or other legal rights;
• Faced with problems and threats such as hacker attacks, computer virus problems, system crashes, network disconnections, slow network speeds, program vulnerabilities, etc.

2. You fully understand that the above-mentioned various bad information, network security and network failure problems are not problems caused by this platform or this platform. Any losses caused by you shall be borne by you, and this platform shall not bear any responsibility to you.
3. You fully agree that, except for the provisions of laws and regulations or the agreement between you and PonLoverthat advance notice is required, PonLovermay unilaterally suspend or terminate the performance of this agreement in the event of dissolution, cancellation, merger, division, or the transfer of this platform or its operating rights to a third party by the PonLover operating company, or in the event of national laws, regulations, policies and orders of state organs, or other force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc., or due to your violation of the user rules stipulated in this agreement. This platform will notify you in a timely manner.

11 Notice and delivery

1. If you have any questions about this policy or other related matters, please fill in the relevant information according to the instructions we provide, and send your questions toour e-mail [ponloverservice@gmail.com]. We will review the issues involved as soon as possible and respond within thirty days after verifying your user identity.

2. Contact information: When you register as a user of this platform and accept the services of this platform, you should provide this platform with real and valid contact information. If the contact information changes, you are obliged to update the relevant information in a timely manner and remain contactable. For any disputes arising from trading activities on this platform, you agree that the judicial authorities can serve you with legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents) through modern communication methods such as mobile phone text messages and e-mails or by mail. The mobile phone number, e-mail address and other contact information you specify to receive legal documents are the mobile phone number and e-mail address contact information you provided when registering and updating this platform. The judicial authorities shall be deemed to have served the legal documents when they send them to the above contact information.

11 Other Terms

1. PonLoverreserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time without any reason. Once this Agreement is amended, it will completely replace the previous version of the Agreement, and all users will be publicly solicited for opinions through appropriate means. You can give us feedback through email. If you do not agree with the revised version of the Agreement, please stop using this platform immediately, otherwise it will be deemed that you agree and fully accept the revised version of the Agreement.

2. Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this Agreement signed by you and this platform cannot fully cover all the rights and obligations of you and PonLover, and the existing agreements cannot guarantee that they fully meet the needs of future development. The text of this Agreement also includes the "PonLoverPrivacy Policy" issued by the PonLoverplatform, which has the same legal effect as this Agreement and jointly binds you and PonLover. If you use the services of this platform, it is deemed that you agree to the above supplementary agreement.

3. Any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, which does not affect the legal effect of the remaining provisions between you and PonLover. You and this platform shall strictly perform all obligations stipulated in this Agreement and its supplementary agreements. If any dispute or controversy occurs, the two parties may resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the arbitration court in the location of Party A for arbitration and final settlement in accordance with the current arbitration rules of the arbitration court. The arbitration venue shall be Hong Kong. The arbitration language shall be Chinese.

4. This Agreement shall be formally implemented on January 05, 2025.

*Once again, solemnly remind: PonLover users please pay special attention to the terms and conditions highlighted in bold and underlined in this Agreement. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.
