PonLover Child Safety Policy

Warning：

(1) PonLover strictly comply with  the relevant regulations of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act(COPPA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act 2.0(COPPA 2.0). Any form of child abuse, bullying or harassment is strictly prohibited by PonLover.

(2) Any user who does not comply with the PonLover policy of protecting minors (under the age of 18 or or the age of local legal minors) will be deleted by the PonLover and may be punished by law enforcement authorities.

(3) We guarantee not to place targeted advertisements on minors, and to prohibit the collection, use or disclosure of personal information of minors without the consent of our parents or legal guardians.

1. School-age tips

• Minors are strictly prohibited from using PonLover, that is, minors under the age of 18 (or the age of local legal minors) will be prohibited from using the software.
• Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions or deliberately mislead us is not acceptable.
• Any user who violates these rules will face serious consequences.

2.The following violations are strictly prohibited

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation:

• Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing on live streaming, video or any other form of content.
• It is strictly forbidden to create or manage accounts for minors.
• Any attempt to forge your age to gain platform access is strictly prohibited.

Violation content / behavior restrictions:

• Share, produce, or disseminate content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Content involving underage sexual fetishes, such as discussion, sexy performance, or wearing sexy clothing, are prohibited.
• Any form of child nude or sexy description, including forms of artistic expression such as painting or animation.

Dangerous behavior involving minors

• All content with a bad guiding behavior is prohibited
• To threaten, encourage, or commit physical violence against minors.
• Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
• To describe or encourage minors to engage in dangerous activities.

3. User behavior management

• Platform feature limitations: PonLoverlimits certain features that may pose risks to young users, such as sending messages between strangers.
• Policy education guidelines: We have formulated the PonLoverchild safety policy on our platform, which is open to all PonLover users, and gives prompts and reminders in the process of content creation and sharing to avoid dangerous situations.
• User delete permission: PonLovergives all users the right to delete, such as parents and minors have the right to delete their personal information from the PonLover platform, to enhance the control of users. If you need PonLover to delete the information authorized to us, please contact us directly via email ponloverservice@gmail.com.

4. Transparency and accountability

• PonLoverhas publicly and transparently explained the basic information of the software and the PonLover privacy policy, and regularly updated the privacy policy.
• PonLovercontinue to actively cooperate with the inspection of the regulatory authorities. If there is any issue involving child safety, we will immediately rectify corrections to maintain the highest child safety standards.We aim to make our platform a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
• We are committed to strengthening data protection measures to prevent data leakage of minors.

5. Reporting mechanism

We have a special reporting mechanism so that any user or third party can report any possible violation of child protection regulations. If you are experiencing or you have found any child or suspected child abuse, bullying or harassment, please contact us via email (ponloverservice@gmail.com).

6. Enforcement measures

(1) Once we receive the report, we will immediately set up an investigation team to confirm whether the situation is true. If the situation is true, we will immediately stop the relevant illegal account and educate the user about child safety. For example, send the child safety policy to the user in the form of email or announcement.

(2) According to the seriousness of the matter, we may cooperate with the law enforcement agencies to investigate to prevent the problem from happening again.
